After Workout: MNS color vitamin pack + 8 oz water
Breakfast (30 Minutes After MNS): Chocolate Mocha Meal Replacement Shake + MNS vitamin packs
Mid-Morning Snack: Green Apple
30 Minutes Before Lunch: MNS color vitamin pack
Lunch: Leftover Turkey (not lunchmeat) club on whole grain toast, garden salad with evoo and balsamic
Mid-Afternoon Snack: oops missed this one
Dinner: Baked Chicken, brown rice and cooked sweet peppers in coconut oil + (2) Omegaplex
Evening Snack: Mango
Total Water Consumed: 72 oz
Overall Thoughts: I am really nervous to weigh in and measure! I have decided to wait a couple of days to do so, since I am going through a cycle right now and want to be sure that my results are correct. I can't wait to post them, and then start helping others get to their healthy goal! I am so happy that I went through this challenge. Although tough at times, it was well worth it, as I am on my way to my goal weight! I can definitely see many changes happening, like my increased energy levels, no more sugar cravings, and my waist line is getting smaller! If you are interested in any of those reasons, please let me know! Now on to Day 25....
