So here they are: My 24DC Results! Overall I am proud of myself! I see a difference in my waistline, my back rolls are nearly gone, and my arms are a little bit muscular! I only lost 3 lbs total on the challenge, and a Total of 5 inches. I lost 1 inch on my waist, 2 inches on my hips and 1 inch on each thigh! I was hoping to lose a little more, but what I honestly think happened, was that I was eating TOO LITTLE! I wasn't calorie counting, and I think that even though with all the veggies, protein and fruit I was eating, it just was too little calories for the amount of exercise I was doing! What happens now you ask? I continue on! I will maintain doing the Advocare SPARK, and MNS vitamins, and on occasion the Meal Replacement Shake if I need a quick breakfast on my way out the door! This system DOES work. Everyone needs tweaks, and mine was trying to balance my diet with my exercise, but I think I finally have it down. I am excited to see my Day 45, 60 and 90 pictures!
