Advocare 24 Day Challenge Day: 2

Day 2 went much better!  I didn't screw up on the fiber drink!  Woo Hoo!  There are a few ways you can go about the 24 DC.  I decided that I am going to follow the Trim Plus way, so I am adding some Omegaplex (Fish Oil) in the morning in addition to the evening.  This is also why I am doing a Meal Replacement Shake for one of my meals during the Cleanse Phase.  This is optional, as you are allowed to eat 3 meals and 3 snacks during this phase, but I am looking for the optimum results.  Today's day went as follows:

First Upon Waking:  Fruit Punch SPARK (on an empty stomach)

Pre-Breakfast:  (30 minutes after SPARK)  Fiber Drink

Breakfast:  (30 minutes after Fiber Drink) Chocolate Mocha Meal Replacement Shake + 2 Omegaplex  

Mid-Morning Snack:  Banana

Lunch:  Leftover Slow Cooker Chicken Fajitas found in the 24 Day Challenge Cookbook, salad with oil
              and balsamic vinegar.

Mid-Afternoon Snack:  Carrots and Peanut Butter and Fruit Punch SPARK (I felt I needed a
                                     "pick-me up" this afternoon)

Dinner:  Whole Grain Spaghetti with Sauce and very lean hamburger + 2 Omegaplex and 3 Catalyst

Exercise:  Jillian Michael's Total Body Revolution Workout 2 (This workout kicked my BUTT!)

Before Bedtime:  Herbal Cleanse Tablets

Overall Thoughts:  I'm not sure, but I may be drinking too much water!  I am definitely bloated, but because I literally drank ZERO cups of water  in my daily life before I started this, to drinking at least 8 cups/day, this could be having an effect on me.  If you have any ideas, please let me know!  I am continuing to learn and be successful!  Here are some interesting fact about water you should know!
