I put myself out there, with pictures and everything, so I need, no I take that back, I WANT to do the work! It's time for me to be healthier for myself and my family. Do you know what it's like to not have the energy to play with your kids when you get home from a long day at work? Or seeing how upset your son can be when he wants you to play basketball and you play for like 5 minutes, and then you tell him you are done. I am the epitome of excuses when it comes to doing anything physical, but it's time. My time has come to stop with all the excuses, and not only help myself, but help others get to that same goal of wanting to be thinner, healthier and stop giving excuses to the kids about playing with them outside. This is my story, but what is yours? When you are ready, I am here to listen, and help to get you to that place you always wanted to be....
Upon Waking: SPARK (empty stomach)
Pre-Breakfast (30 minutes after SPARK): Fiber Drink
Breakfast (30 minutes after Fiber Drink): 2 eggs scrambled, 1 piece whole wheat toast, banana + 2 Omegaplex
Mid-Morning Snack: Carrots
Lunch: Chocolate Mocha Meal Replacement Shake
Mid-Afternoon Snack: Celery with Peanut Butter
Dinner: Bunless Turkey Burger topped with lettuce and tomato, baked potato, steamed broccoli and peas + 2 Omegaplex
Exercise: 3 Catalyst taken 15 minutes prior; Jillian Michaels Total Body Revolution Cardio
Before Bed: Herbal Cleanse tablets

Total Water Intake: 96 oz (This was to help get rid of the bloat, and it did!)
Overall Thoughts: Today was really good! I woke up today not as groggy as usual! The SPARK drink fuels me with energy for the day, but the biggest thing I notice is this overwhelming sense of calm that it gives me. I know this sounds weird coming from an energy source, but I am not tired during the day, not erratic or jittery, I just feel good. Matt has also been doing this Challenge with me, and he is normally a coffee drinker, and since he started on SPARK, he hardly even craves coffee. So, we march on to Day 4 and start with the Pro-Biotics, since we have cleaned out bacteria from our systems, we now have to replace with good bacteria.
