It's Just Getting Started!!!!

Hi Everyone!  I want to thank all of you who are following me on this journey of a better and healthier lifestyle!  I decided to start this blog, as I walk through through the Advocare 24 Day Challenge, as many of you are unsure of what it actually is!  To get more information and to watch a video on the 24 Day Challenge go to Advocare 24 Day Challenge

My journey begins here, and was inspired by Jackie Kosa and Jennifer Pozar.  Both of these women, whom I am proud to be friends with started their challenge a little over 4 months ago, and have not only had great success, but have maintained their success!  Jackie, has lost 25lbs. in 4 months, and Jennifer has lost 30lbs and 2 dress sizes!  I have done all the fads (you can ask anyone), watched all the infomercials, watched the Biggest Loser, and still had no motivation to do anything.  I've tried diet and exercising alone, and I fell victim to losing lean muscle mass, because I wasn't taking enough in.  I just couldn't get it right and nothing has worked for me before, so why now?  Having 2 people that I know try something and both have amazing results.....now THAT is MOTIVATION!  Personal endorsements are huge!  These are people I know I can trust, and not just someone on a TV commercial who may or may not have been photo-shopped.  This took the skepticism out of the equation!  So, with head first, I am diving in!  I am excited, and I am ready to make a better, healthier and more importantly, happier me!

Over the course of the next 24 days, I will blog a daily entry about what I eat/drink for the day, exercised, and how I felt.  I am counting on all of you to help keep me motivated and on track!  I will be using the Advocare 24 Day Challenge System as a boost to start my healthier lifestyle.  This includes a 10 day cleanse, and then a Max Phase from days 11-24.  The great part about the cleanse phase is that you still eat 6 times a day, so you won't even know you are on the cleanse! I will also be posting pictures and measurements at Days 1, 10, and 24.  I hope to ROCK this challenge, and show some amazing results!  I appreciate all of your support through this journey and look forward to helping others get healthier!  Please feel free to contact me with any questions or comments throughout the process!
